· The person who placed the booking must present their TEDUpass card at the Reserve Desk for checking in and taking the room key. · Overdue fee for reserved room keys: Fines for not returning room keyson time are 2.50 TL per hour. The individual who checked in the key isresponsible for ensuring that it is returned on time. · Use the calendar below to select the day you wish to reserve a roomand on the next screen select the room, time and duration of yourreservation. · Rooms must be checked in at the first 15 minutes for the booked timeslot/s. After 15 minutes, booking gets cancelled automatically and theroom becomes available. · Phone calls, food and beverages are prohibited in the rooms. · Library resources not borrowed should not be left in the rooms. · Users can not book two different rooms at the same time. · Group study rooms can be booked within the library working hours.
